ERC is the first community in Egypt that gathers all talent professionals in one place: to share knowledge, meet the people behind the job titles, and discuss the trends that are actually moving the market rather than the ones that merely trend.
It is not an agency and not a job board. Nothing is sold in the room. The value is the room itself — the person who solved last quarter the problem you are facing this quarter, sitting two chairs away.

How we meet
Four ways the community gets together
Different rooms for different conversations. All of them run on the same rule: people talk to each other, not at each other.
Conferences
Full-day gatherings with several speakers, partner companies, and a much wider slice of the market in the room.
Online sessions
Shorter, focused sessions for everyone who cannot cross Cairo on a weeknight — or who is not in Cairo at all.
Informal gatherings
No agenda and no slides. Talent people in a room who already know each other, saying the things that do not fit on a stage.
And between the events, there is Slack
ERC runs a shared Slack workspace where the conversation carries on after everyone goes home: a question posted late at night usually has three answers by the morning.

Who is the community for?

Is ERC a recruitment agency or a job board?
Neither. ERC is a community of talent professionals. It does not place candidates and does not publish vacancies — what gets shared is practice, data, and the occasional war story.
What happens at a session?
One topic, one speaker or an open floor, and a long discussion afterwards. Past sessions have covered the cost of bad hiring, people analytics, and AI in candidate assessment.
Is there a Slack workspace?
